Refund policy

30-day wear test

Wear your Tauro trousers on site for up to 30 days from delivery. Crouch in them, kneel in them, get them dirty. If they are not right, tell us within 30 days of delivery and send them back for a full refund or an exchange. Returns are free for UK orders.

What we accept

Trousers that have been worn and washed as normal are fine. We cannot accept items that have been deliberately damaged, altered (for example shortened) or are missing parts, such as the removable holster pockets. Hoodies, t-shirts and belts are covered by the same 30 days.

Sale items are covered by this policy too. Gift cards cannot be refunded.

How to return

1. Email service@tauroworkwear.co.uk with your order number and whether you want a refund or a different size.
2. We will send you a free UK returns label and instructions.
3. Post the return within 15 days of contacting us.

Exchanges

Need a different waist size? Tell us when you email and we will send the new size as soon as your return reaches us, subject to stock.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 10 working days of receiving your return. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us straight away and we will put it right.

Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights. If you live in the UK or EU you can also cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason under consumer law.
